Why normal sizing fails

Standard patterns are drafted for roughly a B or C cup. Sizing up for the bust makes the shoulders, armholes and waist too big.
Button plackets gape, wrap tops fall open, and hems ride up at the front because the front body is not cut longer.
Alterations can take in a waist but cannot add bust depth or move a dart where it belongs.

How we get your fit

Tell us your full bust, underbust and height. We take the frame measurements (shoulders, armholes, neck) from your smaller size and the bust room from your larger one, add front length so the hem hangs level, and place the darts for your shape.

Questions

Do you use bra sizes?

No. We ask for two tape measurements, full bust and underbust, which describe the same thing without brand-specific cup letters.

Is this made to measure?

It is made to order to your proportions. We adjust the pattern's lengths and proportions to your numbers before we make it.

What if it does not fit?

A piece with a price lists what happens if it misses. For the others: if a delivered garment misses the promised fit, we remake it or refund you.

How long does it take?

A piece with a price lists its timing. For the others, timing is confirmed after technical review and sourcing.

Can I change the design?

Yes. Customize opens the garment in our studio where you can change color, fabric, details and artwork. Your fit is kept separately, so design edits never undo it.
